49 views 0

Navigate to the Apps section of your Shopify store.

Click on the Simple Promotions & Upsells app.

Click on the “Widget” from the left menu.

Click on the “Add Widget” button.

1. General Settings

You can configure your general widget offer settings from this section. If you wish to add widgets without publishing them, you can save it as turned off from the “Widget Status” dropdown from the right.

Widget Name: This is the name that just will be visible to you. You need to set a name for your widget in order to differentiate it later.

Widget Status: This is the field where you turn on or turn off your offer.

Widget Priority: The priority field is used to determine which widget should be displayed first. Widgets with the lower priority will be displayed first. If there is more than one widget with the same priority, they will be displayed in random order. So, if you wish to display one of your widgets first, set it as “1”.

2. Eligibility Triggers (Optional)

You can use eligibility triggers to display your offers with special conditions. Easily target different types of customers with almost unlimited options. If you don’t see the trigger you need, please let us know about it. This configuration is totally optional. If you wish to display your offers to all of your visitors, there is no need to add any triggers.

Example Trigger:

According to this example, your offer will be only displayed if your customers have an Adidas OR Nike product in their Shopping cart.

3. Promotional Products

You can set the products you would like to promote to your customers with your offer. For example, according to the example trigger above, if your customers have an Adidas OR Nike product in their Shopping cart, you can only offer them Adidas and Nike-related products. Just type a few letters and hit search.

4. Visibility

You can display your offer at multiple locations of your store or you can just select one location.

Sitewide: Your offer will be displayed on all pages of your store.
Cart Page: Your offer will only be displayed on the Cart Page of your store.
Thank You Page: Your offer will only be displayed on the Thank You Page (Order Success Page) of your store.
