Simple Invoice’s Free Plan subscription offers 50 Invoices / Month, Draft Orders, Legislation Compliant, Bulk Print & Download, Bulk Print & Download, Quick Edit functionality, Packing Slips, Credit Notes, and Return Forms.
You get 50 invoices to print, send or download FREE starting from the date you subscribe to the Free plan until the same date in the next month.
If, and only if, you end up printing, sending, or downloading more than 50 invoices in this time period, Simple Invoice charges a usage fee of $8.99 to your store. But along with this usage charge, you get access to UNLIMITED invoices for the rest of that time period.
Your 50 invoice limit is reset every month. This means that if you end up being charged a usage fee for a particular month, your limit will be reset and you will not be charged a usage fee for the next month if you do not print, send or download more than 50 invoices in that month.
Also, in order to give you a better idea about the charging cycle, for example, if you signed up for the Free plan on May 1, then your billing cycles will be May 1 – May 30, May 31 – June 29, and so on. If you use more than 50 invoices in the May 1 – May 30 cycle, the $8.99 usage fee will be added to your Shopify bill. In the next 31 May – June 29 cycle, you will get 50 free invoices again and you will not be charged if you do not cross the monthly limit.
You can check your usage from the “Action Logs” and monthly limit from the “My Account” tab in the Simple Invoice dashboard.
