You can send reminders for unpaid invoices by following the simple steps below.
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” on the Simple Invoice dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Sending Options section, click on the Reminder, and customize it according to your requirements.
If you wish to send Reminders automatically, you need to set the Send Automatically option to “On” and set the number of days in the “How Many Days After Due Date?” field.
In this way, a reminder will send to your customers after the due date in the number of days you set.
Step 4: Click on the Save button.
After you finish setting up the Reminder, you can also manually send reminders from the Orders section.
To send a reminder, after selecting an order, please click on the Send button and select Reminder from the dropdown menu.
