You can send reminders for unpaid invoices by following the simple steps below:
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” in the Simple Invoice dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Sending Options’ section, click on ‘Reminder’, and customize it according to your requirements.
If you would like to send reminders automatically, please set the ‘Send Automatically’ option to ‘On’ and specify the number of days in the ‘How Many Days After Due Date?’ field.
This will ensure that a reminder is sent to your customers the specified number of days after the due date.
Step 4: Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
After you finish setting up the ‘Reminder’, you can also manually send reminders from the Orders section.
After selecting an order, please click the ‘Send’ button and select ‘Reminder’ from the dropdown menu to send a reminder.
