You can watch the video tutorial, which provides a step-by-step guide through the process.
You can use QR codes to direct your customers to specific links, helping to drive traffic, collect payments, or convey marketing messages. Our QR code generator enables you to create QR codes from your store URL, bank details, or any other convertible text. Customers can use QR codes to make payments for drafts, as well as for partially paid or unpaid orders.
To display QR codes on your invoices, kindly follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Access Simple Invoice from the “Apps” section of your Shopify store.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Templates” section within Simple Invoice.
Step 3: Click on the “Other Settings” section. Scroll down to the ‘QR Code Settings’, and click on the ‘Show Order QR Code’.
This ensures that the information entered in the Store URL / Plain Text field will be displayed when the QR code on the invoice is scanned.
The invoice download URL is added to this field by default and can be easily changed. If you want to redirect your customers to the checkout page, you can replace the download variable with {{ order.checkout_url }}.
QR Codes function is available for all document types.
When you activate the QR Code option for Draft Orders, the QR Code will direct your customers to the payment page of your Shopify store.
Step 4: Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
