You can watch the video tutorial, which provides a step-by-step guide through the process.
You can send invoices automatically just for specific payment gateways by following the simple steps below:
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” in the Simple Invoice dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Set Additional Sending Conditions’ section, click on the ‘Payment Gateways (Include)’, type your payment gateway, and hit the “Enter” key to save your payment gateway.
Invoices will not be sent to payment gateways other than the payment gateway you added here. Invoices will be sent for orders that you receive payment only through the payment gateway specified here.
Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
Important Note: It is important to add the exact payment gateway name into this field. Please follow the steps below to get the exact payment gateway name from your orders.
Step A: Go to the “Orders” section of your Shopify store admin, click on the order with the payment gateway you wish to add to this field, and add the “.json” at the end of the address line.
Step B: Activate the Search field ( Ctrl+F for Windows or Cmd+F for MacOS), write “gateway”, and hit the “Enter” key.
Note: To simplify the review of “.json” extensions, we recommend using browser extensions such as “JSON Beautifier”.
