You can connect your Simple Invoice account to an FTP server and upload all your document types manually or automatically by following the simple steps below.
Both FTP and SFTP protocols are supported.
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from the “Apps” section of your Shopify store.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” on the Simple Invoice dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Connect to Cloud section, click on the FTP section, and fill in the required fields.
Step 4: Select one of the automatic upload options you wish your invoices to upload.
Step 5: Click on the Save button.
After you finish setting up, you can now manually upload invoices from the Order section.
Simply select the orders you wish to upload, click on the Upload button, and select the “Invoice to FTP” option.
