You can connect your Simple Invoice account to an FTP server and upload all your document types manually or automatically by following the simple steps below.
Both FTP and SFTP protocols are supported.
Step 1: Access Simple Invoice from the “Apps” section of your Shopify store.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Settings” section within Simple Invoice.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Connect to Cloud’ section, click on the FTP section, and fill in the required fields.
Step 4: Please choose one of the upload automation options for uploading your invoices.
Step 5: Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
Once you’ve completed the setup process, you can now manually upload invoices from the “Orders” section.
Simply select the orders you wish to upload, click the Upload button, and select the “Invoice to FTP” option.
