You can customize the design of your invoices from the “Templates” section by following the simple steps below:
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Click “Templates” on the Simple Invoice dashboard.
Step 3: Customize your template according to your needs.
You have five settings you can customize. These settings are:
Styling: Add and resize your logo, modify font style, size, and color, select a variant view type, adjust or hide product image size, and add social media icons with links.
Formats: Customize the date, time, address, and currency formats, and select a weight type.
Options: Show or hide data such as Product Meta Fields, Payment Method, Paid Status, and Due Line.
Other Settings: Modify the document filename, add an HTML file as a Secondary Page Attachment, set Custom Invoice Numbering, and configure Barcode Settings for line items and orders.
Language: Change the language of your template.
Step 4: Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
