You can disable automatic invoice sending for specific payment gateways by following the simple steps below:
Step 1: Access Simple Invoice from the “Apps” section of your Shopify store.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Settings” section within Simple Invoice.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Set Additional Sending Conditions’ section, click on Payment Gateways (Exclude), type the payment gateway you want to exclude, and press the ‘Enter’ key to save it. Finally, click the ‘Save’ button at the top right.
Invoices will continue to be sent for orders processed through payment gateways other than the one you added here. However, invoices will not be sent for orders processed through the payment gateway you specified.
Important Note: It is important to add the exact payment gateway name into this field. Please follow the steps below to get the exact payment gateway name from your orders.
Step A: Go to the ‘Orders’ section of your Shopify store admin, click on the order with the payment gateway you wish to add to this field, and add the “.json” at the end of the address line.
Step B: Activate the Search field (Ctrl+F for Windows or Cmd+F for MacOS), write “gateway”, and hit the “Enter” key.
Note: To simplify the review of “.json” extensions, we recommend using browser extensions such as “JSON Beautifier”.
