You can send invoices in multiple languages with the Simple Invoice by following the simple steps below.
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” on the Simple Invoice dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the dropdown menu in the Multi-Language section, select your Language/s, click on the Add button, and click on the Save button.
Step 4: You can send a different email for each language activated.
After you added the languages, scroll down to the Sending options, click on the Language in order to change the email content, change the content according to your needs, and click on the Save button.
Step 5: You can customize each language Template as you wish.
In order to customize the language template, click on the Templates, click on the language, select the language you wish to customize, make the changes you wish and click on the Save button.
Step 6: You can process your documents in different languages from the “Orders” section of Simple Invoice.
Select the order you wish to process, click on the language button, select the language, and select the process you wish to make.
Also, now your customers will receive their invoices according to the language of their country. Invoices will send automatically according to the Shipping address of your customer. If there is no language option available regarding your customers’ addresses, the Default template will be processed.
