You can send invoices in multiple languages with Simple Invoice by following the simple steps below:
Step 1: Access Simple Invoice from the “Apps” section of your Shopify store.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Settings” section within Simple Invoice.
Step 3: Click on the dropdown menu in the ‘Multi-Language’ section, select your language/s, and click the ‘Add’ button.
Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
Step 4: You can send a different email content for each language activated.
After you added the languages, scroll down to the ‘Sending Options’, click on ‘Language’ to change the email content, change the content according to your needs, and click the ‘Save’ button.
Step 5: You can customize each language template to suit your preferences.
To customize the language template, click on “Templates”, click on the language, select the language you wish to customize, and make the changes you wish. Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
Step 6: You can process your documents in different languages from the “Orders” section of Simple Invoice.
Select the order you wish to process, click the language button, choose the desired language, and select the process you wish to perform.
Your customers will now receive invoices in the language of their country. Invoices will be automatically sent based on the customer’s shipping address. If there is no language option available for the customer’s address, the Default template will be used.
