You can learn how the ‘Bulk Process’ and the ‘Batch Process’ work in Simple Invoice by following the steps in the video.
Bulk Document Processing
At Simplio, we focus on providing a transparent, secure, and reliable application tailored to support small businesses. Unlike many invoicing apps on the Shopify App Store, our application operates solely through the Shopify API. This ensures that your valuable order, customer, and product data are never stored on external servers. Simple Invoice can generate invoices only in PDF format, using the most up-to-date data provided through the Shopify API.
With ‘Bulk Document Processing’, you can process up to 50 invoices at once. This order limit is enforced by Shopify, and third-party apps like ours are unable to change this restriction.
Processing 50 invoices simultaneously may occasionally feel slow due to Shopify’s API limitations. Under normal conditions, up to 50 invoices can be processed, but additional data may cause delays or result in incomplete invoice generation. To speed up the process, you can opt to hide product images. If issues persist, consider disabling product variants or additional details, such as meta fields or properties.
Many users automate invoice uploads to Google Drive, Dropbox, or FTP throughout the month, allowing them to access all their invoices at once without interruptions.
