This feature as a selectable option will be available for future releases of Simple Invoice.
After you set up your taxes correctly, please create a support ticket.

Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Click on “Support” in the Simple Invoice dashboard, add your message such as where you want us to print the shipping taxes in your invoices, and click the ‘Send’ button or simply click here.
