You can also change the content of invoice emails by following the simple steps below:
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” in the Simple Invoice dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Sending Options’ section, click on the Mail Content field, and change it according to your requirements.
The mail content is changed according to your template’s language. To change the link sentence, click on the Source button and then change the link sentence.
Also, you can use the following variables in Mail Subject and Mail Content.
{{ order.customer.first_name }}: Your customer’s first name will be shown when it is added.
{{ order.customer.last_name }}: Your customer’s last name will be shown when it is added.
{{ order.name }}: Shopify’s Order Number will be shown when it is added.
{{ order.custom_invoice_name }}: Simple Invoice’s Custom Invoice Number will be shown when it is added.
If you added additional languages, you have to edit the content for each language by clicking on the language name.
Step 4: Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
