You can bulk-process invoices by following the simple steps below:
Step 1: Open Simple Invoice from your Shopify store’s “Apps” section.
Step 2: Select the orders you wish to process and select one of the process options such as print, download, send, upload, and convert.
Important Note: You can process up to 50 invoices at once. This 50-order limit is controlled by Shopify and cannot be modified by apps. Additionally, if you choose to bulk-send invoices, they are added to a queue and sent sequentially, not simultaneously.
Processing 50 invoices at once may sometimes feel slow. If you add additional data, it could take longer to process or may not display information as expected. A common solution is to hide product images, which can help speed up the process. If issues persist after turning off product images, you can also try disabling product variants or additional product details, such as meta fields or properties.
