You can add a secondary language for your invoices by following the simple steps below:
If you are selling globally, adding additional languages through Simple Invoice and sending your invoices from the “Orders” section of Simple Invoice is better.
If you are just going to sell in your country, there is no need to add a secondary language for your invoices. You can simply change your documents’ language from the ‘Language’ section under the “Templates”.
Step 1: Access Simple Invoice from the “Apps” section of your Shopify store.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Settings” section within Simple Invoice.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Languages’ dropdown menu, select the language you wish to add from 30+ pre-defined languages, and click the ‘Add’ button.
Step 4: Please click the “Save” button to confirm your changes.
After adding the new languages, consider editing the corresponding documents and emails.
Editing Templates
Click on “Templates” and select the language you added from the ‘Language’ section.
You can change the document type from the ‘Document Type’ menu and edit the relevant document in the selected language. Please remember to save your changes after editing.
Editing Emails
Click on “Settings”, scroll down to “Sending Options”, and select the language you added from the ‘Languages’ section.
You can change the email content for each added language by selecting the relevant language. Please remember to save your changes after editing.
After making the necessary changes, you can process your documents from the “Orders” section in the languages you have added. Select the order you wish to process, select the language from the ‘Language’ section, and select one of the process options.
